Our foundation: A journey of belief and belonging

Sacred Nations Foundation was born from a simple but powerful belief: every community deserves access to the resources, support, and opportunities needed to thrive. Growing up connected to Alaska Native values and traditions, our founder witnessed firsthand how healing and growth happen best when people are rooted in their culture, supported by their community, and connected to real resources that meet them where they are. We also witnessed the gaps. Too many Indigenous and minority communities are underserved by traditional systems, disconnected from resources, and left to navigate complex barriers alone.

Sacred Nations Foundation was created to build something different: a foundation rooted in cultural respect, community connection, and genuine care for the whole person. Our big dream is a world where minority and Indigenous communities across Colorado, Wisconsin, and Alaska have equitable access to everything they need to truly flourish. Not just survive, but thrive.

Writing our story, together

Sacred Nations Foundation is just beginning its journey, but the need that inspired it is deeply personal. Our founder has witnessed firsthand the barriers that Indigenous and minority community members face every day, from navigating systems not built for them to searching for resources that feel out of reach.

Every person who finds stable housing, connects to mental health support, accesses education, or builds a sustainable livelihood through Sacred Nations Foundation will be a testament to what is possible when communities are truly seen and supported. Our story is still being written. And we are honored to write it alongside the communities we serve.

"The Sacred Nations Foundation embodies genuine care and a deep understanding of community needs, truly making a difference."
